Our Journey
Shri Ganesh Vinayak Eye Hospital (SGVEH) embarked on its mission to provide quality eye care with a humble beginning in 2007, when Shri Ganesh Eye Hospital and Vinayak Eye Hospital were established as separate entities. In 2013, doctors from both hospitals united their expertise, laying the foundation for a stronger, collaborative vision. The year 2015 marked a significant milestone as Shri Ganesh Vinayak Eye Hospital was officially established with a modern facility in Raipur, alongside the launch of new branches and vision centers to expand its reach. By 2016, SGVEH further strengthened its network with the establishment of the Shri Ganesh Vinayak Foundation, focusing on community outreach and eye care for underserved regions. In 2017, the hospital expanded its vision centers across 20 districts and introduced new eye care technologies, enhancing its service capabilities. SGVEH achieved a landmark in 2020 by becoming the first NABH-accredited eye hospital in Chhattisgarh, a testament to its commitment to quality and patient safety. In 2021, the hospital received DNB accreditation, enabling it to provide postgraduate medical education in ophthalmology. The journey continued with the launch of Shri Ganesh Vinayak Eye Hospital 2.0 in 2024, ushering in a new era of advanced eye care. Looking ahead to 2025 and beyond, SGVEH remains dedicated to its T3 philosophy—Team, Trust, and Technology—continuing to innovate and serve the community with excellence.
