Phaco training at Shree Ganesh Vinayak Eye Hospital was a memorable experience for me. The trainers were patient and paid attention to every aspect of surgery. They ensure that the trainee grasps the basic aspects of phaco technique in a stress free atmosphere with adequate guidance and feedback at various levels. This is definitely one of the best phaco training programs in India. I would also like to make a special mention of the OT staff who were very helpful and patient while assisting me during the training period. Hats off to Dr Charudutt, Dr Rohit and Dr Amrita for the sincere effort they have put in to make this program a great success. I also appreciate the no-nonsense, no-hierarchy and congenial atmosphere that prevails in the institution. An excellent place not just for phaco but also to shape your career in Ophthalmology. God bless SGVEH.

My phaco fellowship in SGVEH was the turning point of my career. It helped me a lot to gain confidence not only in phaco but also in sics. Also, everyone needs a Guru and I found mine here. Dr. Charudutt sir, the most amazing teacher I am lucky to have. His invaluable guidance is still helping me to develop my private practice.
DR. ANKIT HARWANI, MAHARASTRA
I have completed my phacoemulsification training from SGVEH in September 2017. During my 1 month training I was given 1 case everyday. Everyday a consultant supervises the surgery by watching it live on the TV screen and guides accordingly. All the surgeries are recorded and given to the trainee for evaluation and discussion with the consultant. Apart from this there is opportunity to learn the clinical and theoretical aspects of ophthalmology via attending clinics with consultants and presenting in seminars. To the best of my knowledge this is one of the best institute to learn phacoemulsification within 1 month. Special thanks to Dr. Charudutt sir, Dr. Amrita ma’am, Dr. Jaideep sir and Dr. Anoop sir for teaching and guiding me.
