Anterior Segment + Medical Retina Fellowship (18 Months)
A comprehensive 18-month fellowship (16 months Anterior Segment + 2 months Medical Retina) designed to create proficient surgeons skilled in both advanced cataract surgery and management of common retinal disorders.
- Extensive surgical hands-on training in Phaco, SICS.
- In-depth clinical exposure to medical retina diagnostics and treatment.
Anterior Segment Fellowship (18 Months)
This 18-month program focuses exclusively on the anterior segment, aiming to develop high-volume, skilled cataract and IOL surgeons with a deep understanding of pre-operative, operative, and post-operative management.
- Mastery of Phacoemulsification and SICS techniques.
- Management of complicated cataract cases.
Phacoemulsification Fellowship (1 Month)
Phacoemulsification is the most advanced technique for cataract surgery. This short-term program offers ophthalmologists hands-on training under senior surgeons.
- Eligibility: DO/MS/DNB passed, with prior SICS exposure preferred.
- Duration: 1 month (new batch starts 1st of every month).
- Includes OPD, lab work, OT protocols, post-op care, and VAST review system.
SICS Fellowship (1 Month)
Advanced, sutureless cataract surgery technique under expert mentorship for DO/MS/DNB passed candidates.
- Duration: 1 month.
- Includes SICS surgical exposure, academic activities, VAST review.
- Batch starts 1st of every month.
Medical Retina Observership (1 Month)
An intensive observership program for ophthalmologists to gain in-depth knowledge and clinical skills in medical retina diagnostics and management.
- Duration: 1 month.
- Includes hands-on experience with diagnostics, lasers, and intravitreal injections.
Glaucoma Observership (1 Month)
This program provides a comprehensive observership in the diagnosis, clinical evaluation, and medical management of glaucoma.
- Duration: 1 month.
- Focus on perimetry, OCT, gonioscopy, and other diagnostic techniques.
Ocular Diagnostic Observership (15 Days)
A short, focused observership to master the use of various advanced ocular diagnostic equipment and interpretation of results.
- Duration: 15 days.
- Training on OCT, B-Scan, A-Scan, UBM, and specular microscopy.
NPCB Recognised Training Center
We offer government-sponsored training programs under the National Programme for Control of Blindness & Visual Impairment (NPCBVI).
Short Term Phaco Training (2 Months)
An intensive two-month sponsored program focused on transitioning from SICS to Phacoemulsification with a structured learning curve and high volume surgical exposure.
Short Term SICS Training (2 Months)
An intensive two-month sponsored program focused on mastering the SICS technique with a high volume of surgical exposure and expert mentorship.
ICO Fellowship (International Council of Ophthalmology)
Fellowship program for young ophthalmologists from low-resource countries, offering advanced clinical training and research exposure.
IOFF Fellowship (International Ophthalmological Fellowship Foundation e.V.)
This fellowship provides clinical and surgical training opportunities for international ophthalmologists to enhance their skills in a high-volume setting.
Vision Technician Program
Equipping individuals with core skills in vision screening, refraction, diagnostic assistance, and optical dispensing to support the eye care team.
- Clinical Skills: Vision screening, refraction, use of autorefractor.
- Diagnostic Assistance: Slit lamp operation, fundus photography.
Ophthalmic Assistant Training
A comprehensive program to prepare assistants for patient intake, history taking, visual acuity testing, and assisting ophthalmologists in minor procedures.
- Patient Intake & History Taking.

OT Technician Training
This program trains technicians in maintaining sterility of the operating room, preparing surgical instruments, and assisting the surgical team during ophthalmic procedures.
- Sterilization techniques and protocols.

- Assisting in various eye surgeries.
Optometry Internship Program
For final-year optometry students and graduates, this internship provides extensive hands-on clinical experience in a real-world hospital setting.
- Eligibility: Enrolled in or a graduate of a recognized Optometry program.
- Focus: Comprehensive vision testing, refraction, ocular disease screening.
